TSCA reform continues to advance.

The TSCA Modernization Act of 2015 (H.R. 2576) has been passed by the U.S. House of Representatives, another key step ahead the effort to reform the nation’s chemical control. The vote yesterday was the first ever by the entire House chamber on Toxic Substances Control Act reform.
